Letter to My Daughter
The first weeks of daycare have been nerve-wracking for me. My daughter has been sick and stayed home most of the second week of daycare. This is week 3 and she has only gone 1 day so far only to come home sick! Am I being a bad mom by sending her to daycare when I can leave her with Grandma? After all she's only 11 months old.
She is the cutest little girl I have ever seen and it scares me that something may happen to her every time she falls ill. You would think she is my first but, she is not. She is my second but, she is great at crying. My son always settled in -- eventually.
It amazes me that two kids of the same parents can be so different. They are amazing and just thinking of them makes me smile. And, watching them together and the bond between them is even better. Ahh... To love like little ones -- no strings, no expectations, just pure love....
